Delete your LightPlay account

This page is for LightPlay, the app by Browser by Fulldive Co. (on Google Play as “LightPlay AI: Create Watch 1B+”), and its web version. Here you can delete the account you signed in to LightPlay with.

An account is optional: you only have one if you signed in with Google in LightPlay.

What is deleted

• Your LightPlay account: the record that links your Google sign-in to LightPlay, and, unless another app of ours still uses your sign-in, the email address we keep with it.
• The favorites and watch history saved to your account.
• Your chats with Lumi saved on our side, your daily Lumi request counts and the reports of Lumi’s replies linked to your account.
• Which version of the terms you agreed to, and when.
• Your sign-in record with our sign-in service (Google Firebase), unless another app of ours still uses it.

What is not deleted, and for how long

• What is stored on your phone stays until you clear LightPlay’s data or uninstall it: deleting your account here does not reach your phone.
• If you turned on notifications in the app, turn them off there first: deleting your account on the web can’t remove your phone’s notification registration.
• Usage events are linked to a random app ID, not to your account, so they are not part of this deletion; they are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Our daily database backups may keep a copy for about 8 more days.
• Firebase removes your sign-in record from its own backups within 180 days.
• We keep one record that a deletion happened, with only the product, how it was requested and when, and no identifier or personal information. If you asked by email, we also record which of our staff handled it and the outcome, without your email address.
• Until Google confirms it has deleted your sign-in, and for 65 minutes after that, we keep the identifier Firebase gave your sign-in, so that the deletion can be retried and an old sign-in can’t bring the account back.
